梁家煤矿是典型的“三软”矿区,梁家煤矿煤4巷道所处地质条件复杂,属于深部高应力软岩巷道,在支护过程中,巷道出现严重的底鼓、片帮和冒顶现象,并且很难进行维修。因此,提出采用锚喷锚梁、U形棚联合支护来控制冒顶和片帮,加入反底拱来控制底鼓,并通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件对比锚喷网支护形式下的应力场和位移场变化规律。
Liangjia Coal Mine is a typical “three soft ” mine area. The geological conditions of the coal 4 laneway in Liangjia Coal Mine are complex and belong to the deep high-stress soft rock roadway. During the support process, there are serious bottom drums, Roof-top phenomenon, and difficult to repair. Therefore, it is proposed to use anchor sprayed anchor beam and U-shaped shed joint support to control the roof collapse and sheet support, and join the anti-arch to control the bottom drum. The stress field and displacement under anchor-spout net support mode are compared by FLAC3D numerical simulation software Field changes.
