建设一支师德高尚、热爱儿童、业务精良的幼儿教师队伍,一直是学前教育发展中的一项基础而重要的工作。幼儿园逐渐规模化,师资队伍也更加年轻化。针对某县的调查显示,现有中青年教师(35岁以下)占总数的70%,其中“90后”教师已占到了40%,队伍日渐庞大,给教师队伍带来了生机和活力。那么,这批年轻的教师工作状态如何?我们如何发挥他们所长,促进其专业成长呢?
Building a contingent of kindergarten teachers with high ethics and moral integrity, passion for children and excellent business skills has always been a fundamental and important task in the development of preschool education. Gradually large-scale kindergarten, faculty is also more younger. According to the survey conducted by a county, the number of middle-aged and young teachers (under 35) accounts for 70% of the total. Among them, “90s” teachers account for 40% of the total, and the ranks are growing. This has brought vigor and vitality to teachers . So how do these young teachers work? How can we make use of their strengths to promote their professional growth?
