工程项目的发起者就是业主方,同时也是工程项目的总组织者,最终承担建设成果与责任。业主方的责任很宏观,不像设计单位提供图纸、施工单位提供产品,主要是组织协调各方共同完成工程。这就要求业主决策正确可行,实际中如何优化管理模式呢?本文中笔者结合实际工作经验,就此展开相关论述。
The sponsor of the project is the owner and the organizer of the project, and ultimately bears the construction results and responsibilities. The responsibility of the owner is very broad, unlike the design unit providing drawings and the construction unit to provide products, mainly to organize and coordinate the parties to complete the project.
