发展混合所有制经济，有利于提升我国国民经济的整体竞争力，增强国有经济控制力和影响力，有利于多种所有制经济取长补短、协调发展。哈尔滨工大集团从一家高校园区企业发展为涉足多个领域、具有较强国际竞争力的混合所有制大型企业集团，其发展的关键是大胆突破传统体制机制障碍，实施了“股权形态多样化、产业结构多元化”的混合所有制发展战略，构建了一套“尊重市场、看重人才、注重文化”的高效管理机制。工大集团的实践对新时期混合所有制改革具有一定借鉴意义。","To develop mixed ownership economy is beneficial to enhance the overall competitiveness of the national economy and to strengthen the state-owned economic control and influence,and is con-ducive to the complement and coordinated development of a variety of ownership economy from each other.Harbin Institute of Technology Group developed from a college logistics enterprise to a large mixed ownership enterprise groups with strong inteational competitiveness in several fields,and its bold breakthrough from the traditional institutional hurdles is crucial and then it implemented the mixed ownership development strategy of “equity form stock rights diversification and diversification inindustrial structure”,and it built a set of efficient management mechanism of “respect the market val-ue the talent and emphasis the culture”.The practice of Harbin Institute of Technology Group has some reference value to the mixed ownership reform in the new period.
