以莱阳接樱桃茎尖为外殖体,进行了组培快繁技术研究,结果表明:莱阳矮樱桃外殖体萌发、分化、壮苗的基本培养基为MS,最佳分化培养基为MS+IAA0.2mg/L+BA0.3mg/L,分化率为98%,最佳壮苗培养基为MS+IAA0.2mg/L+GA0.5mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L,生根率为99%。移栽成活率达95%。壮苗和分化培养交替进行可提高分化率和有效芽数,迅速扩大繁殖规模。
