研究在pH2.2,加入0.1%溴代十六烷基吡啶1.0 mL,1.0mg/L氟离子溶液0.5 mL,95%乙醇10.0 mL的条件下,利用7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸与钒(Ⅴ)显色5 min后形成红棕色络合物,络合物最大吸收波长520nm,最大表观摩尔吸光系数ε=6.21×104L.mol-1.cm-1,灵敏度提高了10倍。钒(Ⅴ)在2.0~18μg/mL范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律。钢铁样品经沉淀铁离子后,可用于钒的测定。RSD均小于1%。
