在教学中常把绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas)产生的水溶性绿脓素(Pyocyanin)作为细菌产生水溶性色素的代表,和辅助鉴定菌种的一个指标。而在我们的教学过程中,经常发生原来能产生绿色素的绿脓杆菌,在人工培养基上多次传代后失去或减弱这类色素产生的能力,影响着实验教学的进行。为此,本人对绿脓杆菌色素产生的规律作了初步的探讨。
The Pyocyanin produced by Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas) is often used as a representative of the water-soluble pigments produced by bacteria, and an indicator for the identification of bacterial species. In our teaching process, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which originally produced green pigments, often lost its ability to produce or reduce the production of these pigments after many passages on artificial medium, affecting experimental teaching. For this reason, I made a preliminary study of the rules of P. aeruginosa pigment production.
