医院人事档案是一个专门档案范畴,是医院在人事管理工作中形成的,反映医院职工参加社会实践活动情况的真实记录,也是医院档案卷宗的重要组成部分,更是医院及上级部门全面、历史地考察了解和正确选拔任用干部的重要依据[1,2]。本文通过对人事档案管理中存在的普遍的问题进行了探讨,并结合自己在工作中的实际提出一些改进措施。
