随着汽车业的高速发展,汽车新项目的研发周期越来越短,车辆在新项目上市前的试生产阶段也因为市场要求而不断被提前。在汽车新项目试生产阶段不断提前与验证阶段被压缩的同时,许多原来在验证阶段容易发现的问题却将变成风险不轻易可见。如何对此类风险进行管理,并且做到更效率的控制风险发生后造成的质量外溢,是汽车新项目中的重要环节。针对总装汽车新项目开发阶段,通过多种风险评估模式对汽车新项目量产前的制造风险进行控制,从而降低制造过程中发生的问题。
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the R & D cycle of new automobile projects is getting shorter and shorter, and the pre-production phase of vehicles before the listing of new projects is continuously advanced due to market demands. While the pre-production phase of a new car project is being advanced and the verification phase is being compressed, many of the issues that were easily identified during the verification phase will become less visible. How to manage such risks and to control the quality spillover caused by the more effective control of risks is an important link in the new automobile project. Aiming at the new project development stage of assembly vehicles, the pre-production manufacturing risk of new automobile projects is controlled through various risk assessment modes to reduce the problems in the manufacturing process.
