我厂切锭机床压(垫)刀板(见图1),用42CrMo钢制,热处理要求硬度HRC40~45,原热处理工艺如图2示,淬、回火均采用7m~2煤气炉,工件装盘入炉,每炉处理约150把。常规处理淬火温度较高,氧化脱碳较严重,淬火硬度不均匀。回火时由于煤气炉温差较大,致使工件硬度散差较大,常规处理机械性能见表1。由于压刀板服役时承受冲击力和弯曲力较大,工作中常出现断裂飞块,造成严重事故,且危及人身安全。后来曾采用将回火温度
