对炼厂制氢装置转化炉蒸汽过热管爆裂样品进行宏观和微观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织检验以及硬度试验。结果表明,过热管爆裂的主要原因为短期局部过热,伴随高温氧化腐蚀,加之材料本身的缺陷加速了管子的失效。提出了相应的改进措施。
The macro-and micro-morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test of the burst sample of steam superheater tube of the reformer steam boiler of refinery were carried out. The results show that the main reason for the burst of the superheat pipe is the short-term local overheating accompanied by the high temperature oxidation corrosion and the defects of the material itself to accelerate the failure of the pipe. Put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
