为了解决新安煤田煤层突出危险性大,煤层松软,透气性差,抽采困难的状况,提出了高压水射流石门揭煤快速消突技术。通过在孟津煤矿11031运输巷揭煤工作面采用高压水射流割缝卸压增透技术,对该揭煤区域实现了高效快速瓦斯抽采,应用表明采用该技术后平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高3倍以上,平均单孔瓦斯抽采纯量提高5倍以上;采用该技术可使瓦斯抽采钻孔量缩减82%,揭煤时间缩短73%,节约了生产成本,缓解了矿井的抽、采接替矛盾。
In order to solve the serious coal seam of Xin’an coalfield, the coal seam is soft, the air permeability is poor and the extraction is difficult, the rapid burst elimination technology for exposing coal by high pressure water jet Shihmen is proposed.
