为评价孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)成功地环扎加压手术后视力、眼屈光状态、前房深度、晶体厚度和眼轴长度的改变,用TopconRM-A2300屈光计测量眼屈折力,Topcon-OM-4角膜曲率计测量角膜屈折力,前房深度、晶体厚度和眼轴长度用DGH/Jedmen4000型A超定。随访6个月,52例(52眼)RRD依环扎程度分为A组28眼(<22.37%)和B组24眼(>22.37%)。结果在手术后近视有明显增加,散光度A组增加,B组不增加,散光轴位无改变,角膜屈折力增加不明显,眼轴长度增加,前房深度减少,而晶体厚度无明显改变。结论认为在成功地对RRD施行环扎加压手术后,眼轴长度延长与近视程度增加明显相关(A组r=2.837,P<0.05;B组r=13.929,P<0.01),术后视力也有明显增进(P<0.01)。
To evaluate the eye refractive power, ocular refractive status, anterior chamber depth, crystal thickness, and ocular axial length change after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) was successfully performed with a TopconRM-A2300 refractometer, Topcon-OM-4 keratometer measured corneal refractive power, anterior chamber depth, crystal thickness and axial length DGH / Jedmen4000 A overdetermined. During follow-up of 6 months, 52 eyes (52 eyes) were divided into 28 eyes (22.37%) in group A and 24 eyes (22.37%) in group B according to the degree of cerclage. Results There was a significant increase of myopia after surgery. A group of astigmatism increased, group B did not increase, axis of astigmatism was unchanged, corneal refractive power increased insignificantly, axial length increased, anterior chamber depth decreased, while crystal thickness had no significant change. Conclusions: After the successful operation of cerclage and compression surgery on RRD, the prolongation of axial length was significantly associated with the increase of myopia (r = 2.837, P <0.05 in group A, r = 13.929 in group B, P < 0.01), postoperative visual acuity also significantly improved (P <0.01).
