应用沙门氏菌致突变试验(Ames试验)、小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子致畸形试验,探讨富锗醇母有无潜在的致突变性。结果显示,富锗酵母浓度在5g/kg、2.5g/kg、1.25g/kg时,微核试验和精子畸形试验均为阴性。浓度为10μg/皿、100μg/皿、1000μg/皿时,对四种菌株无致突变作用。
Salmonella mutagenicity test (Ames test), mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test and mouse sperm teratogenicity test were carried out to investigate the potential mutagenicity of germanium alcohol-rich mother. The results showed that the micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test were all negative when the germanium rich yeast concentration was 5g / kg, 2.5g / kg and 1.25g / kg. The concentration of 10μg / dish, 100μg / dish, 1000μg / dish, no mutagenic effect on the four strains.
