水分胁迫下玉米叶片光合速率和叶绿素含量下降,复水试验表明,二者在轻度和中度胁迫下较易恢复,重度胁迫下恢复能力很弱。尤其是经重度胁迫后,叶绿素含量在复水初期仍保持下降趋势,说明光合作用受抑制不仅表现在逆境过程中,而且延续到逆境解除之后。抗旱性强的品种在水分胁迫下能维持较高的光合速率和叶绿素含量,而且复水后其恢复能力也较强。
Under water stress, the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of maize leaves decreased. The rehydration test showed that both of them were easier to recover under mild and moderate stress, while the restoring ability under severe stress was weak. Especially after severe stress, the content of chlorophyll kept decreasing at the initial stage of rehydration, indicating that inhibition of photosynthesis was not only reflected in the process of adversity, but also continued after the release of adverse conditions. The drought-tolerant cultivars maintained high photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content under water stress, and their recovery ability was also stronger after rewatering.
