李传忠,1986年任曲阜市单家村煤矿采一工区队长以来,带领全区153名职工始终如一的坚持“安全第一”的生产方针,发扬煤矿工人“特别能战斗”的精神,创出了连续7年实现安全生产的优异成绩。 李传忠在工作上,以身作则,带头苦干,7年多来,他每月下井不少于23个,实行作业跟班制度,既当指挥员,又是战斗员。工人们都称他是“全天侯”队长。 Li Chuanzhong, the leader of a mining area in the coal mine of Shanjia Village, Qufu City in 1986, has led 153 workers in the entire region to consistently adhere to the “safety first” production policy and to promote the spirit of coal miners’ “especially capable of fighting”, creating continuous Seven years of achievement in safety production.
