利用氩弧堆焊技术,在Q235材料表面熔敷Fe-V-C合金系,研究了硼铁对熔敷Fe-V-C合金系硬质点相形态变化的影响。结果表明,硼元素可以提高Fe-V-C合金系熔敷层的表面硬度。当添加硼铁质量分数小于10%时,熔敷层可获得晶粒细小的硬质点相,熔敷层表面硬度可达60.1 HRC;当硼铁质量分数大于25%时,熔敷层硬质相转为针状,熔敷层表面硬度随硼铁含量的增加而减少。
The effect of ferroboron on the morphology change of hard point phase in Fe-V-C alloy was studied by using argon arc surfacing technology to deposit Fe-V-C alloy on Q235 surface. The results show that boron can improve the surface hardness of Fe-V-C alloy cladding layer. When the mass fraction of ferroboron is less than 10%, the hard grain phase with fine grain can be obtained in the cladding layer, and the surface hardness of the cladding layer can reach 60.1 HRC. When the mass fraction of ferroboron is more than 25%, the cladding layer is hard Phase to needle-like, cladding layer surface hardness decreases with the increase of boron content.
