在跨媒体时代,读者的阅读需求悄然改变,传统图书的生存面临极大的危机。编辑人员一方面必须更新观念,从跨媒体出版战略的高度提升自身素质和水平;另一方面必须从我国国情出发,把握和坚持正确的舆论导向。这两方面的结合,意味着编辑人员应具备相应的意识和能力,才能适应快速变化的时代。
In the era of cross-media, the reading needs of readers quietly change, the survival of traditional books is facing a great crisis. On the one hand, editorial staff must update their concepts and enhance their own quality and level from the perspective of cross-media publishing strategies. On the other hand, editors must proceed from our own national conditions and grasp and uphold the correct direction of public opinion. The combination of these two means that editors should have the appropriate awareness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing era.
