家兔解剖是初中动物教学中的重点内容.对这种比较大型的哺乳动物的解剖,学生好奇而兴奋,如果缺乏细致地组织,课堂纪律不易掌握,学生的注意力往往只能在“好奇与害怕”之间徘徊,有时还会出现乱剪、乱割的现象,达不到应有的效果.必须从组织管理着手,不断改进.下面谈谈我们的几点具体做法. 解剖技术骨干的培训课前挑选学习好、动手能力强的或参加生物小组的同学进行训练,让他们了解解剖的全过程和各环节的要领,分别让他们担任“主刀”、“助手”、“麻醉师”等工作.事先要求他们认真复习家兔各系统知识,并仔细地看一次演示解剖,使他们成为本小组的组织者和小老师. 列出解剖课各环节的标准,进行评分 1.麻醉(10分)无论采用空气针麻醉、小脑振荡麻醉,还是药物麻醉,都要有适当的深度,如振击使兔出血,或解剖时兔动或挣扎、叫唤等现象都要酌情扣分.
