林下经济产业发展是促进职工家庭增收,促进国有林区经济转型发展的有效途径。利用内蒙古国有林区548份职工家庭的调研数据,采用二元分类Logistic模型经验分析了职工家庭参与林下经济产业发展的意愿及其影响因素。结果表明:85.21%的职工家庭愿意参与林下经济产业发展,职工家庭对于经济利益的诉求是其参与林下经济产业发展的最关键的因素,在此基础上提出应该采取释放林下作物经营权为中心的林业改革及加大政策和资金的支持力度等措施,促进职工家庭参与林下经济产业发展。 Underlying economic and industrial development is an effective way to promote the income growth of workers and families and promote the economic restructuring and development of state-owned forest areas. Based on the survey data of 548 employee families in the state-owned forest region of Inner Mongolia, this paper analyzes the willingness and the influencing factors of workers and their families to participate in the economic development under the forest by using binary classification Logistic model. The results show that: 85.21% of workers and families are willing to participate in the economic development of undergrowth; the demands of employees and families for their economic interests are the most crucial factors for their participation in the economic and industrial development of undergrowth; and on this basis, it is proposed that the right to release submarine crops should be taken As the center of forestry reform and increase policy and funding support efforts to promote workers and their families to participate in economic and industrial development under the forest.
