化疗耐药是晚期卵巢癌患者治疗失败和死亡的主要原因,细胞内有效药物浓度降低、药物作用靶点异常、DNA损伤耐受或修复提高等都导致耐药。研究发现,异常信号转导途径与卵巢癌多药耐药间有密切关系,针对信号转导途径的抑制剂具有化疗增敏作用。PI3K/Akt转导途径是细胞内重要的信号传导通路,在细胞的凋亡、存活、增殖以及细胞骨架的变化等活动中发挥重要的生物学功能。
Chemoresistance is the main reason for the failure and death of patients with advanced ovarian cancer, the decrease of intracellular effective drug concentration, abnormal drug target, DNA damage tolerance or repair, leading to drug resistance. The study found that abnormal signal transduction pathway and ovarian cancer are closely related to multidrug resistance, the signal transduction pathway inhibitors have chemosensitizing effect. The PI3K / Akt transduction pathway is an important intracellular signal transduction pathway that plays an important biological role in cell apoptosis, survival, proliferation and cytoskeleton changes.
