在知识管理视角下,从企业知识管理机制、知识资本与企业竞争力、知识活动边际和员工与组织结构四个维度构建企业科技人才培养影响因素结构方程,并与普通员工培养进行对比分析,在此基础上运用Amos22.0对影响企业科技人才培养的关键因素以及各因素之间的相关关系和效应进行检验。研究表明企业科技型人才培养的总效应为0.655,而普通员工培养的总效应为0.792,表明企业科技型人才的培养的效果还不显著,其原因在于潜变量员工与组织结构、知识活动边际与企业科技人才培养之间缺乏明确的路径关系。
From the perspective of knowledge management, this paper constructs the structural equation of influencing factors of enterprise science and technology personnel training from the four dimensions of knowledge management mechanism, knowledge capital and enterprise competitiveness, knowledge activity marginalization and staff and organizational structure, and conducts a comparative analysis with general staff training. On this basis, Amos22.0 is used to test the key factors that affect the cultivation of enterprise’s science and technology talents as well as the correlation between the factors and their effects. The research shows that the total effect of enterprise science and technology personnel training is 0.655, while the general effect of general staff training is 0.792, which shows that the effect of training enterprise science and technology talents is not significant. The reason is that the latent variables of staff and organizational structure, knowledge activity margins and There is a lack of a clear path between enterprise science and technology personnel training.
