目的:探讨石榴皮提取物(Pom egranate peel extracts,PPE)对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎(NBP)和细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的抑制作用,并通过观察其对大鼠血清酸性磷酸酶及前列腺组织中锌(Zn)含量的影响,分析其可能的作用机制。方法:给药7天后分别向SD大鼠前列腺内注射角叉菜胶和金黄色葡萄球菌制备大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎和细菌性前列腺炎模型,术后2天检测大鼠前列腺组织卵磷脂小体的密度、白细胞个数、血浆酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性,前列腺组织匀浆液中锌含量、丙二醛水平(MDA)、抗氧化能力指数及血浆一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:石榴皮提取物可显著提高前列腺组织中锌含量、卵磷脂小体密度,降低前列腺组织匀浆液中白细胞个数及血浆酸性磷酸酶活性,并且能提高血浆的抗氧化能力指数。结论:石榴皮提取物对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎和细菌性前列腺炎的抑制作用可能与改善酸性磷酸酶活性、前列腺组织Zn含量及机体的氧化应激状态相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Pomgranyl peel extracts (PPE) on non-bacterial prostatitis (NBP) and bacterial prostatitis (CBP) in rats and to observe its effects on serum level of acid phosphatase Prostate tissue zinc (Zn) content, the possible mechanism of action. Methods: After 7 days of administration, carrageenan and S. aureus were injected into the prostate of SD rats respectively to prepare rat models of non-bacterial prostatitis and bacterial prostatitis. After 2 days, rat prostate lectin Body density, white blood cell count, ACP activity, zinc content in prostate homogenates, MDA, antioxidant capacity and plasma nitric oxide (NO) content. Results: Pomegranate bark extracts could significantly increase the content of zinc in prostate tissue, the body density of lecithin, the number of white blood cells in the homogenate of the prostate and the plasma acid phosphatase activity, and also increase the plasma antioxidant capacity index. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of pomegranate peel extracts on nonbacterial prostatitis and bacterial prostatitis may be related to the improvement of acid phosphatase activity, the content of Zn in prostatic tissue and the oxidative stress in the body.
