建立了同时测定营养强化食品中VA、VD2、VD3、δ-VE、γ-VE、α-VE和Vk17种脂溶性维生素的反高效液相色谱法。采用C18ODS色谱柱用乙腈-甲醇(70∶30)混合流动相体系,根据维生素出峰时间的不同进行变换波长测定,结果令人满意。该方法操作能对7种脂溶性维生素同时进行测定,采用较为普通的色谱柱,实现了δ-VE、γ-VE、VD2和VD3的完全分离,缩短了检测时间。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for simultaneous determination of 17 kinds of fat-soluble vitamins in foods fortified foods VA, VD2, VD3, δ-VE, γ-VE, α-VE and Vk. C18 ODS column with acetonitrile - methanol (70:30) mixed mobile phase system, according to vitamin peak time by changing the wavelength determination, the results are satisfactory. This method can be used to determine seven kinds of fat-soluble vitamins at the same time. Using more common columns, the separation of δ-VE, γ-VE, VD2 and VD3 is completed and the detection time is shortened.
