According to the German “Der Spiegel” weekly, before the Soviet Union’s post and telecommunications minister Nyfta Tarejin visited Afghanistan, Afghan dictator Amin was killed by the Soviet Union. But it is strange that on the day the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan (December 27, 1979), the Kabul Times published a group photo of Amin meeting with the minister of postal and telecommunications at the Soviet Union the day before.
