目的探讨控制图温湿度交接表的应用效果。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,对2014年使用传统温湿度交接时及2016年使用控制图温湿度交接时,护理人员对温湿度的掌握情况和交接情况进行分析。结果传统温湿度交接时,护理人员未完全掌握温湿度的相关知识比例高于控制图温湿度交接时(χ~2=8.492;P=0.00357),交接不规范率也高于控制图温湿度交接时%(χ~2=4.174;P=0.04105),差异均有统计学意义。结论控制图用于温湿度的交接,能有效提高温湿度交接的质量。 Objective To discuss the application effect of temperature and humidity transfer table in control charts. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the grasping and handing over of temperature and humidity of nurses when using traditional temperature and humidity transfer in 2014 and temperature and humidity transfer in 2016 using control charts. Results When the traditional temperature and humidity was handed over, the proportion of the related knowledge that the nurses did not fully grasp the temperature and humidity was higher than that when the temperature and humidity of the control chart were handed over (χ ~ 2 = 8.492; P = 0.00357) % (Χ ~ 2 = 4.174; P = 0.04105), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Control chart for the transfer of temperature and humidity, can effectively improve the quality of the transfer of temperature and humidity.
