振动训练是一种新兴的力量训练辅助手段,国内外诸多研究集中于振动训练对最大力量、快速力量和力量耐力训练效果的影响。振动刺激引起肌肉力量变化机制有待进一步研究。本文运用文献分析法,从振动训练对H反射、T反射和肌肉表面肌电信号的影响三个方面入手,对近十年国内外振动训练的神经适应机制实证研究文献进行归纳、总结,并对其研究趋势进行了探讨,为今后振动训练的神经适应机制及其运用研究提供参考。
Vibration training is a new means of strength training. Many researches at home and abroad focus on the influence of vibration training on maximum strength, rapid strength and strength endurance training effect. Vibration stimulus-induced changes in muscle strength mechanism to be further studied. In this paper, the literature analysis method, from the vibration training on H reflex, T reflex and muscle surface EMG three aspects, the last ten years of domestic and foreign vibration training neural adaptation mechanism empirical literature summarizes, and The research trend is discussed, which will provide reference for the neural adaptation mechanism and its application of vibration training in the future.
