基于实际项目,介绍了框架-中心支撑体系在高层住宅楼钢结构中的运用以及钢结构住宅设计的特点和要点,具体包括:设计目标和标准、结构体系的选择、结构布置的原则、多遇地震分析、节点分析、罕遇地震验算、重要构造措施等。设计结果表明,框架-中心支撑体系在高层住宅楼钢结构中是可行的;结构经过合理布置较好满足建筑功能要求,并使各项计算指标满足相关规范要求;节点设计满足强度和刚度要求;所采取的防火和防腐措施可实现预定防护要求。
Based on the actual project, this paper introduces the application of frame-center support system in the steel structure of high-rise residential buildings and the key points of the design of steel structure houses, including the design goals and standards, the choice of structural system and the principle of structural arrangement. Earthquake Analysis, Node Analysis, Rare Earthquake Check, Important Structural Measures. The design results show that the frame-center support system is feasible in the steel structure of high-rise residential buildings. The structure is well arranged to meet the functional requirements of the building and make the calculation indexes meet the requirements of relevant specifications. The node design meets the requirements of strength and stiffness. The fire and corrosion protection measures taken to achieve the predetermined protection requirements.
