目的:分析松果菊挥发油的化学成分。方法:用GC-MS进行定性和定量分析。结果:从松果菊根挥发油中共分离出了24个成分,鉴定出了16个化合物。主要成分为烯类(3.21%)、烷类(30.1%)、酸类(3.27%),其中甲基十六烷含量最高为28.15%。9,12 - 十八碳二烯酸单甘油酯、9,12,15 - 十八碳三烯酸单甘油酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为首次在该属植物中鉴定出。结论:为松果菊挥发油成分的系统分析提供了资料,特别是为我国松果菊质量研究及开发应用提供了参考资料。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of Echinacea essential oil. Method: Qualitative and quantitative analysis by GC-MS. Results: A total of 24 components were isolated from the essential oil of Echinacea root and 16 compounds were identified. The main components are olefins (3.21%), alkanes (30.1%), acids (3.27%), of which the methyl hexadecane content is up to 28.15%. 9,12-octadecadienoic monoglyceride, 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid monoglyceride, and dibutyl phthalate were identified for the first time in this genus. Conclusion: The data provided for the systematic analysis of the essential oil components of Echinacea, especially for the research, development and application of Echinacea purpurea in China.
