[导读]本文选自《汉书·杨敞传》。杨恽(?-前54),字子幼,西汉华阴(今属陕西)人,是丞相杨敞的儿子,司马迁的外孙。恽素有才干,好结交豪杰、儒生,在朝廷上很有名望。宣帝时因告发霍光子孙谋反,封平通侯,升中郎将,官至光禄勋(即郎中令)。恽为人廉洁公平,但好揭发别人的隐私,因此,遭受同僚的怨恨。后来,宣帝近臣太仆载长乐上书告他平时语言不敬,遂免为庶人。后又因发生日蚀,有人上书说是由于杨恽骄奢不悔过所致,宣帝便将他逮捕入狱,并搜出他写给孙会宗的信,于是判定大逆不道的罪名,腰斩。其妻子被流放到酒泉(今属甘肃)。同杨恽友好的官吏,包括孙会宗一律罢官。本文是作者因胸怀不平,嬉笑怒骂,遂发为文章。表现了自己的真情实感,反映出敢于向权贵挑战的性格。历来论者以为有其外祖父司马迁《报任安书》的风格。 [Introduction] This article is selected from “Han Yang Guang Biography.” Yang Shuo (? - before 54), son of the word child, Western Han Dynasty Huayin (now Shaanxi), is the son of Prime Minister Yang Chang, Sima Qian’s grandson. The talents are talented, they make good friends and scholars, and they are very famous in the court. When Emperor Xuandi reported that Huo Kwok was the offender of the family, Feng Pingtong Hou, Sheng Zhonglang, and Guan Zhiguang Lu Xun (that is, Lang Zhongling). The people are honest and fair, but they are good at revealing the privacy of others and therefore suffer from their peers’ resentment. Later, Xuan Tai’s servant Taibao Changle reported to him that he was disrespectful and dismissed as a monk. Later, because of the eclipse, someone wrote that it was due to Yang Hao’s extravagance and no regrets. Xuan Di arrested him and went to jail, and found out his letter to Sun Huizong, and he was found guilty of injustice. His wife was exiled to Jiuquan (this is Gansu). The bureaucrats who were friendly with Yang Hao, including Sun Huizong, were all dismissed. This article is written by the author because of his involuntariness, ridicule and laughter. The performance of his true feelings reflects the courage to challenge the powerful. The traditionalists thought that their grandfather Sima Qian’s style of “reporting Ren’an” was an issue.
