职业认同是指个体基于实践经验和个人背景对所从事职业的自我接纳和认可的程度,是个体对所从事职业的肯定性评价,也是提高幼儿教师自身发展的内在动力。幼儿教师职业认同程度越高越能够促进幼儿教育的发展。社会幼儿园教育理解的偏差、转岗教师固有的教学理念和自身的价值观念都是影响职业认同的因素,而社会的支持及转岗教师自身专业能力和反思能力的提高是提高职业认同的有效途径。
Occupational identification refers to the degree to which an individual admits and approves a profession on the basis of practical experience and personal background. It is an affirmative assessment of the profession performed by an individual and an intrinsic motivation to promote the development of kindergarten teachers themselves. The higher the degree of kindergarten teachers’ vocational recognition, the more they can promote the development of early childhood education. Social kindergarten education understanding deviations, transfer teachers inherent teaching philosophy and their own values are factors that affect career identity, and social support and transfer teachers own professional ability and reflection ability is an effective way to improve professional identity.
