目的:研究环境因子对峨眉野连主要药用成分的影响.方法:分别测定峨眉山6个居群4~5年生峨眉野连常用入药部位(叶、叶柄、须根)中小檗碱、巴马汀以及药根碱的含量,并通过灰色关联分析研究土壤、相对湿度等环境因子对其的影响.结果:在常用入药部位中,叶中小檗碱含量相对较高,须根中巴马汀和药根碱含量相对较高;土壤全N含量与各药用成分关联度最大.结论:叶、叶柄、须根中3种药用成分含量丰富,土壤全N含量是主导影响因子.
Objective: To study the effect of environmental factors on the main medicinal components of E. urophylla. METHODS: To determine the berberine and palmatine in the common medicinal sites (leaves, petioles, fibrous roots) of Emeiye, a 4 to 5 year old population from 6 populations of Emei Mountain, and The contents of jatrorrhizine were studied by grey relational analysis and the effects of environmental factors such as soil and relative humidity were investigated. Results: The content of berberine in leaves was relatively high in the commonly used drug-injected parts, and palmatine and jatrorrhizine were found in roots. The content is relatively high; the total N content in the soil is most associated with the medicinal components. Conclusion: There are three kinds of medicinal components in the leaves, petioles and fibrous roots, and the total N content is the dominant influence factor.
