河南油田经过近三十年的勘探开发,主力油田进入高含水阶段,稳产难度日益增大,成本居高不下,对开发效益的增长和生产经营指标的完成构成严重影响。为了实现节能降耗目的,采油一厂开展了围绕成熟技术引进、推广应用低效井治理、机采参数优化和抽油井节能降耗技术配套研究的攻关课题,取得了巨大的效果。本文分析了影响抽油机井系统效率的因素,并提出提高系统效率的措施,总结出抽油机井的系统效率不仅反映了一个油田的节能与经济效益,而且也综合地反映油田的技术装置和技术管理水平。
After nearly 30 years of exploration and development in Henan Oilfield, the main oilfields have entered the stage of high water cut. The difficulty of steady production is increasing day by day and the cost is high. This has a serious impact on the growth of development benefits and the completion of production and operation indicators. In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, the first oil production plant has carried out research projects focusing on the introduction of mature technologies, the promotion and application of inefficient wells, the optimization of machine parameters and the energy saving technologies of pumping wells, and achieved tremendous results. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of pumping well system and puts forward the measures to improve the system efficiency. It concludes that the system efficiency of pumping well not only reflects the energy saving and economic benefits of an oilfield, but also comprehensively reflects the technical devices and technologies Management level.
