树、泥、草治河是我国治河工程的新發展。它技术簡單,就地取材,节約投資,节省劳力,便于群众掌握,可以大量修做,全面地体現了依靠群众、土法为主的治河方針,符合多、快、好、省的精神。黄河水利委員会河南河务局、开封黄河修防处分别把河南地区和开封地区黃河上現有的树、泥、草工程进行了彙集,是很有价值的。特别是目前黃河下游河道治理正在逐步地大規模地展开的时候,更有特殊的意义。当然,这一工作还并不完整和系统,但我們相信它一定会引起各地更多的注意,从而作出完整的、深入的总結,并在河道治理的实踐中創造更多、更好的治河方法。 Trees, mud and grass are the new development of river control projects in our country.
