生活中,很多人喜欢用枸杞泡水、煲汤或煮粥,但实际上,这并不是一种吃枸杞的好方法。误区——枸杞的护眼功效依赖于其中的玉米黄素。但玉米黄素不溶于水,光是泡水或煲汤,并不能完全释放。我们一般都是用热水泡,枸杞中的部分维生素遇到高温后会被破坏。同时浸泡的时间长,也会使其变性而导致药效降低。更可惜的是,很多人习惯泡完水之后把枸杞倒掉,这是把有营养的部分倒入垃圾桶,着实是一种浪费。
