目的 研究戈米辛J(gomisinJ)对氧自由基的作用。方法 采用黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶鲁米诺体系和邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的化学发光检测超氧阴离子自由基,采用Fenton发光体系检测羟自由基。结果 戈米辛J能抑制3种体系的化学发光,对以上3种体系的IC50、IC20及IC50(95%可信限)依次分别为237.7(155.5~363.3)、100.8(88.1~115.3)和1.86(1.60~2.16)μmol/L。结论 戈米辛J具有清除氧自由基的作用,对羟自由基作用尤强
Objective To study the effect of gomisin J on oxygen free radicals. Methods The superoxide anion radical was detected by chemiluminescence of the luminol / xanthine oxidase luminol system and pyrogallol autoxidation system. The hydroxyl radical was detected by Fenton system. Results Gomisin J could inhibit the chemiluminescence of the three systems. The IC50, IC20 and IC50 (95% confidence limits) of the above three systems were 237.7 (155.5-363.3), 100.8 (88.1-115.3) and 1.86 (1.60 ~ 2.16) μmol / L. Conclusion Gomisin J has the effect of scavenging oxygen free radicals and has particularly strong effect on hydroxyl radicals
