介绍了二相流体润滑剂压粘关系和粘剪关系测试计算的基本方法。对20号机械油中加入5%PTFE粉的二相流体润滑剂的压粘关系和粘剪关系进行了测试。测试最高压力为100MPa,测试温度为40℃,测试最大剪切率为3.12×104S-1。测试结果表明,所测二相流体在100MPa压力范围内压粘关系基本符合Barrus方程,粘剪关系仍基本符合牛顿流体特性。
The basic methods of testing and calculating the relationship between pressure and viscosity of two-phase fluid lubricants and the shear-viscosity relationship are introduced. The relationship between pressure-viscosity and shear bond of two-phase fluid lubricant with 20% mechanical oil added with 5% PTFE powder was tested. The maximum test pressure is 100MPa, the test temperature is 40 ℃, the maximum shear rate tested is 3.12 × 104S-1. The test results show that the pressure-viscosity relationship of the measured two-phase fluid in the pressure range of 100MPa is basically consistent with Barrus’s equation, and the shear-and-shear relationship still basically conforms to Newtonian fluid characteristics.
