在福建省的一千多万海外乡亲中,蕴藏着丰富的资金、人才和商业网络等宝贵资源。可是,目前我们发掘这些资源的工作却开展得并不理想,潜在的侨力优势一直未能得到充分发挥。这种局面除了一些外部客观因素外,更主要的是我们不尽理想的投资软、硬环境,以及重资金、轻人才和技术的思想倾向等内部原因造成的。因此,我们应该花大力气练好内功,转变原有的思维惯性和工作方法,利用海外庞大的华商网络,更好地引进来,走出去。 Among the more than 10 million overseas folks in Fujian Province, there are abundant precious resources such as funds, talents and business networks. However, at present, the work we have done to explore these resources has not been carried out satisfactorily. The potential advantages of overseas Chinese companies have not been fully realized. Apart from some external objective factors, this situation is more important because of the internal and external causes of the soft and hard investment environment, as well as the ideological tendencies of capital, light personnel and technology. Therefore, we should make great efforts to improve internal strength, change the original inertia of thinking and working methods, and make use of the vast overseas Chinese business network to better introduce and go out.
