对碳纳米管粉体在高温下进行空气和二氧化碳活化处理,并用于制作双电层电容器极板。结果显示:空气和二氧化碳活化可以有效的剥离和消除非晶碳,打开缠绕成团的管束和碳管端帽,腐蚀管壁,提高粉体分散性,改变碳纳米管的本征结构,使碳纳米管的比表面积增加。由活化后的碳纳米管制成的双电层电容器的比电容明显提高,等效串联电阻下降,性能得以改进。
The carbon nanotube powder is subjected to air and carbon dioxide activation at a high temperature and used to make an electric double layer capacitor plate. The results show that air and carbon dioxide activation can effectively strip and eliminate amorphous carbon, open the wound tube bundle and carbon tube end cap, corrode the tube wall, improve the powder dispersibility, change the intrinsic structure of carbon nanotubes, The specific surface area of nanotubes increases. The specific capacitance of the electric double layer capacitor made from activated carbon nanotubes is significantly increased, the equivalent series resistance is reduced, and the performance is improved.
