疟原虫抗原B表位NKND是由本所寄生虫免疫室与分子生物学研究室合作发现的一个疟疾抗原表位。它存在于多种不同的疟原虫分离株。在其C末端加上一个D可以增强它与抗体的结合能力[1]。我们人工合成NKNDD和CST3的寡核昔酸片段并将之串联后插入沙门氏菌鞭毛蛋白表达载体。斑点杂交得到阳性克隆。序列分析鉴定为2拷贝NKNDD与2拷贝CST3的串联体。
The Plasmodium antigen B epitope NKND is a malaria antigenic epitope discovered by the Parasitology Immunology Room in collaboration with the Molecular Biology Laboratory. It is found in many different Plasmodium isolates. Adding a D to its C-terminus enhances its ability to bind to antibodies [1]. We synthesized oligonucleotide fragments of NKNDD and CST3 and inserted them into the Salmonella flagellin expression vector in tandem. Dot blot hybridization to obtain positive clones. Sequence analysis identified a concatemer of 2 copies of NKNDD and 2 copies of CST3.
