本文采用哈佛学派创建的S-C-P分析框架,对我国罐头行业的产业组织现状进行了分析,结果表明罐头行业的市场集中度较低,大量小规模企业并存,无法发挥规模效应,导致市场绩效不佳。其次,提出了加强行业准入管理、推进技术创新、鼓励企业兼并等提高罐头行业运行绩效的建议。
Based on the S-C-P analysis framework established by Harvard School, this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial organization in China’s canned food industry. The results show that the market concentration of the canned food industry is relatively low and large numbers of small-scale enterprises coexist, which can not exert economies of scale and lead to poor market performance. Secondly, it puts forward suggestions on how to improve industry access management, promote technological innovation and encourage enterprises to merge to improve the operating performance of the canned food industry.
