目的对鬼箭羽的化学成分进行研究。方法鬼箭羽药材用50%乙醇提取,AB-8大孔树脂纯化,利用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、聚酰胺柱色谱反复进行分离纯化,经理化常数测定,结合各种光谱、波谱等技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从鬼箭羽中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:芹菜素(1)、蒙花苷(2)、柚皮苷(3)、儿茶素(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、二十六烷酸(6)、木栓酮(7)、表木栓醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论化合物1、2、3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of ghost arrows plume. Methods Ghost Arrow feather herbs were extracted with 50% ethanol, purified by AB-8 macroporous resin, separated and purified by silica gel, gel Sephadex LH-20, and polyamide column chromatography. The physicochemical constants were determined by various spectral and spectroscopic methods Technical identification of compound structure. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from ghost feathers. They were apigenin (1), montanarin (2), naringin (3), catechin (4), protocatechuic acid ), Hexacosanoic acid (6), xylitol (7), epiclodextrin (8) and β-sitosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
