目的:探讨六味地黄丸对小鼠自发乳腺癌的影响。方法:以清洁级昆明小鼠雌性种鼠自发乳腺癌为模型,用六味地黄丸治疗直至濒死期,瘤块病理分析用HE染色,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和周期蛋白D3(cyclin D3)基因表达的产物用RT-PCR及Western bloting方法。结果:六味地黄丸组的瘤组织分化优于对照组,瘤重明显低于对照组(P<0.05),瘤块中VEGF和cyclin D3基因表达产物也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸抑制乳腺癌的生长,促进细胞分化,可能的机制是抑制VEGF和cyclin D3基因表达。ds
Objective: To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan on spontaneous breast cancer in mice. METHODS: The model of spontaneous breast cancer in female mice of clean grade Kunming mice was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill until the stage of sudden death. The pathological analysis of tumor blocks was stained with HE, and the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cyclin D3 genes were detected. The expressed product was analyzed by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results: The tumor tissue differentiation of Liuwei Dihuang Pill group was better than that of the control group. The tumor weight was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The expression product of VEGF and cyclin D3 gene in the tumor block was also significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Pills inhibit the growth of breast cancer and promote cell differentiation. The possible mechanism is to inhibit the expression of VEGF and cyclin D3 gene. Ds
