我们县的课改,在县局的领导下,已经取得了初步的阶段性的成果,大多数的学校已经动起来了,少数教师已崭露头角。但我们前阶段做的工作大多数重视了思想上的认识和技术问题的解决。如何让课改可持续健康发展下去,必须提高校长和教师的素质,不断促进校长和教师的专业化发展,而这些都来自于校长和老师不断的学习和思考。我们中心校在建立学习型组织方进行了努力,下面我把我们的做法写出来与大家交流、分享。一、学习型、有教育思想的校长课改的推进和成功最终要落实到每个学校校长的身上。一个好校长就是一个好学校,这是大家已经公认的道理。培养有教育责任
