目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定养阴清肺颗粒中芍药苷、甘草苷和肉桂酸含量的方法。方法:采用双波长切换-高效液相色谱法对养阴清肺颗粒中芍药苷、甘草苷和肉桂酸进行定量分析。Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相0.2%磷酸水-乙腈梯度洗脱,检测波长276,230 nm,柱温28℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果:芍药苷、甘草苷和肉桂酸分别在0.236 8~4.736 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),0.170 8~3.416 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),0.035 2~0.704 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.74%,98.82%,98.40%。RSD分别为0.78%,0.97%,1.04%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于养阴清肺颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin, liquiritin and cinnamic acid in Yangyin Qingfei granule by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Paeoniflorin, glycyrrhizin and cinnamic acid in Yangyin Qingfei granule were quantitatively analyzed by dual wavelength switching-high performance liquid chromatography. The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of 0.2% phosphoric acid in water and acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was 276 and 230 nm. The column temperature was 28 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1. Results: Paeoniflorin, glycyrrhizin and cinnamic acid were in the range of 0.236 8-4.736 mg · L -1 (r = 0.999 9), 0.170 8-3.416 mg · L -1 (r = 0.999 9), 0.035 2-0.704 mg · L-1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.74%, 98.82% and 98.40%, respectively. RSD were 0.78%, 0.97%, 1.04% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for quality control of Yangyin Qingfei Granules.
