微透析是一种活体、实时和在线的微创取样技术,能够直接有效的监测靶组织中内源性或外源性药物动态变化,为药动学及药效学模型的结合提供可靠实验依据。微透析技术在关节的应用越来越受人们的关注,本文主要针对微透析技术在关节药动学、药效学、药动-药效学模型中及测定关节腔中药物浓度的应用做简要综述。
