目的 研究多塞平凝胶的抗过敏抗炎作用。方法 用 4 氨基吡啶诱发小鼠舔体反应 ;组胺致家兔皮肤血管通透性增高 ;二甲苯及蛋清分别制成小鼠耳片肿胀和足跖肿胀模型 ;2 ,4 二硝基氯苯致小鼠变应性接触性皮炎动物模型。结果 与凝胶基质对照组比较 ,多塞平凝胶组能明显抑制舔体反应次数 ,两者分别为 2 6 7± 4 83和 1 0± 0 43 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。多塞平凝胶也能对抗组胺引起的皮肤血管通透性增高。对小鼠二甲苯致耳部水肿、小鼠蛋清引起的足跖肿胀的炎性模型亦呈现明显的抗炎作用 ,并能抑制 2 ,4 二硝基氯苯诱发的炎症反应。结论 多塞平凝胶具有抗过敏抗炎作用。
Objective To study the anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects of doxepin gels. Methods 4-aminopyridine was used to induce lick reaction in mice. Histamine induced hypervascular permeability in rabbit skin. Xylene and albumen were used to make ear swelling and paw edema models in mice. 2,4 dinitrochlorobenzene Mouse allergic contact dermatitis animal model. Results Compared with the gel matrix control group, doxepin gel group could significantly inhibit the number of lick reaction, which were respectively 2 6 7 ± 4 83 and 1 0 ± 0 43, the difference was significant (P 0 01 ). Doxepin gel also counteracts the increased vascular permeability caused by histamine. The mouse models of xylene-induced ear edema, mouse egg white induced paw edema inflammatory model also showed significant anti-inflammatory effect, and can inhibit 2,4 dinitrochlorobenzene-induced inflammatory response. Conclusion Doxylamine gel has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects.
