本文着重论述战争时期太行、太岳革命根据地各级政府在极其困难的环境中如何恢复和发展煤矿业生产,积极发挥煤炭资源优势、保障供给,有力地支援根据地的经济建设和战争需要;同时进行社会改革、改善民生,改善煤矿工人的生产和生活环境、提高劳动待遇,并且形成了多种经营模式并存的新的工业经营体制。煤炭生产的扩大基本满足了军需民用,增加了矿工家庭收入,加强了对敌经济斗争的力量。 This article focuses on how the governments at all levels in the Taihang Revolutionary and Taiyuan revolutionary base areas during the war era restored and developed the coal mining industry in extremely difficult circumstances, actively tapped the advantages of coal resources, guaranteed supply and effectively supported the economic construction and war needs of the base areas; Social reform, improve people’s livelihood, improve the production and living environment of coal miners, improve labor treatment, and form a new industrial management system with diversified business models. The expansion of coal production basically met civilian needs for military supplies, increased the income of miners’ families and strengthened the power of economic struggle against the enemy.
