目的通过实验室和现场试验,分别观察评价雄性不育灭鼠剂α-氯代醇的适口性和灭鼠效果。方法(1)取成年未孕大白鼠为试验对象,用1%α-氯代醇小麦饵料喂养雄鼠,同时设立对照组,用普通鼠料喂养。雌雄动物合笼饲养2周,然后解剖检查雌鼠孕胎数。(2)通过用粉迹法观测鼠密度,评价现场灭鼠效果。结果1%α-氯代醇雄性不育饵剂平均摄食系数为0.221,胎鼠平均减少率达到70.7%~100%,现场灭鼠率为84.09%。结论以小麦为基饵的1%α-氯代醇雄性不育饵剂适口性需通过改善饵剂进一步提高;实验室灭鼠效果显著,现场灭鼠也有较为明显的效果。
Objective To observe and evaluate the palatability and deratization effect of male sterility rodenticides α-chlorohydrin by laboratory and field experiments respectively. Methods (1) The adult and nonpregnant rats were selected as the experimental subjects, and the male rats were fed with 1% α-chloro-alcohol wheat diet. At the same time, the control group was set up and fed with ordinary rats. Male and female animals cage for 2 weeks, and then anatomical examination of the number of female rats. (2) Evaluate the anti-rodent effect in the field by observing the density of the mouse by the gritting method. Results The average feeding coefficient of 1% α-chloro-alcohol male sterile bait was 0.221, the average reduction rate of fetal rats was 70.7% ~ 100%, and the rate of rodent elimination was 84.09%. Conclusion The wheat-based 1% α-chloro-alcohol male sterile bait palatability should be further improved by improving the bait; laboratory rodent control effect is significant, the scene rodent control also has a more significant effect.
