目的:探讨嗓音声学分析在儿童良性增生性声带疾病中的应用及对手术疗效的评估。方法:采用Dr.speech软件,对93例良性增生性声带疾病患儿在术前及术后15d、30d进行嗓音声学分析,并与76例正常儿童进行对照比较。结果:良性增生性声带疾病组与正常对照组相比,基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)、噪声能量(NNE)升高而谐噪比(HNR)、信噪比(SNR)降低,各指标均差异有统计学意义;良性增生性声带疾病组术后15d、30d和术前比较,Jitter、Shimmer和NNE均下降,HNR和SNR升高,均差异有统计学意义;术后30d各参数值均恢复至正常水平。结论:嗓音声学分析能客观、定量地评价儿童嗓音的质量及手术疗效。
Objective: To investigate the application of voice acoustics analysis in children with benign proliferative vocal cord disease and evaluate the curative effect.
